STASFIT Multisport is led exclusively by Head Coach Andrew Stasinos, a USA Triathlon (USAT) Level 2 Certified Coach, USAT Youth & Junior Certified Coach, and one of the early coaches in the country to earn USAT Paratriathlon Certification. With over a decade of full-time coaching experience, Andrew has worked with athletes across all levels of endurance sport — from beginners preparing for their first sprint triathlon to elite-level competitors racing Ironman 140.6, Ironman 70.3, Olympic Distance, Sprint Triathlon, and Paratriathlon events.
Andrew’s coaching philosophy combines high-performance development, individualized training, education, communication, and real-world racing experience to help athletes unlock their full potential while building long-term durability and resilience. His experience includes coaching junior elite athletes, paratriathletes, adaptive athletes, and age-group competitors pursuing everything from first finish lines to World Championship-level goals.

PARATRIATHLON and ADAPTIVE COACHING
Head Coach Andrew Stasinos has served as a contracted coach for USA Triathlon Paratriathlon development camps held at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Training Center (USOPTC) since 2019. Through years of hands-on coaching experience within the adaptive and paratriathlon community, Andrew has developed extensive knowledge working with athletes across a wide range of physical impairments and performance levels.
As a USAT Level 2 Coach, Youth & Junior Certified Coach, and one of the early coaches to earn USAT Paratriathlon Certification, Andrew brings a high-performance yet individualized coaching approach built around communication, problem-solving, and athlete-centered development.

Head Coach Andrew Stasinos has been an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer since 2008, bringing over 15 years of experience helping athletes and individuals improve strength, movement quality, durability, and overall performance. His background spans endurance sports, triathlon, adaptive athletics, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development, working with everyone from beginners building foundational fitness to elite-level endurance athletes preparing for high-performance competition.
